Visitor Day March 31st

Hi Everyone,
Just a reminder that our Visitors Day is less than 2 weeks away. Pano's wants a "count" within 1 week of the breakfast so that means on Thursday I'll go out there after our meeting to give him a number. Currently we're planning on 50 but if we don't reach that number we'll have to pay a $50 room rental fee. Please be prepared to pay $14 for yourself and your guest(s), CASH only. I will start collecting the money after this Thursday's meeting and the balance will need to be paid at the door on the 31st. Just a reminder to call your invitees to see if we can get some firm commitments from them.
