Dear Samraats,

Good Morning…. We have an opportunity to improve our chapter strength
this month in the form of Mega Visitor Day coming up on 24th of May 2018
at Hotel Quorum.

The members must bring their INVITES and submit in the meeting next week
without fail.  Request new members to invite 25 invitees & others to
invite 20 visitors. The members are requested NOT to courier their
Invites themselves.

The soft copy of the INVITATION LETTER is attached here. You are
requested to change the
fields marked in Red  -- Name of the invitee, Address, Profession of the
Invitee, Your phone no.,  your name and your company name. Please sign
at the end of the letter. The main content of the letter should not be
changed.

Image copy of this letter would be sent to you via Whatsapp for your
reference.

Please update the fields marked in red for all the Invites in the system
and then take a printout. Please do not write anything in ink apart from
your signature.

I seek the cooperation and the best efforts of all the members. Let’s
have a rocking Mega Visitor Day on 24th May 2018.
