Important points - Mega visitors day

Dear Samraats,

Good Morning and wish all a lovely week ahead!!!

As all of us know, on Thursday, we are having a Mega Visitors day, I request you all to follow some of the important points noted here, so that, we may conduct a very strong, energetic and a vibrant meeting.  

1. Request you to display your props, for which places arranged and this is the 

    opportunity, as your business will have more Visibility.  This shall be done 

    tomorrow evening (previous day).

2. Request all of your presence and not your substitutes, as you have lot of 

    opportunities of networking with more than 50 Visitors and if substitutes are 

    been sent, for sure, you would miss some good business.

3. Request your presence on or before 7.00AM, as Visitors will start coming        from  7.15AM onwards, the registration counter gets blocked and our friends in the 

    counter may face problems in registering the Visitors properly.

4. Be well Dressed.  This is your business meet. Gents, preferably Blazers with tie and compulsorily no casual wear (Jeans).

5. Request you all to bring at least 100 Visiting Cards, so that, you will have a 

    sufficient cards to exchange with the business people coming in and you do    

    not miss again an opportunity for business, even being present in the hall.

6. Request you all to Prepare your best 30 Secs in advance and a specific ask, 

    so that, we may not know, the connection may be in the hall.

7. Maintain absolute discipline while meeting is in progress and help the visitors, 

    who will be sitting besides you, but, pl. see that, you do not get into 

    conversation, while meeting is going on.

Hope, if we all follow the above few points, which have been noted, we may be able to achieve the target of converting some handful visitors, so that, our chapter will be able to do more business, in the coming days.
