Allotment for Mega Visitors Day

Dear Samraats,

 

Hope you all are following up with your Visitors and making sure they are coming for the Thursday's MEGA VISITOR'S DAY meeting.

GREAT!!!The LT and the LVH team have allotted the 'greet the visitor' positions accordingly so  every body gets to meet each one of them.


Hotel entrance main door -

 

Jashwant shah,Omprakash,Sudakaran pai & Kiran lokande

 

[ welcome the visitors with a BIG SMILE and guide them towards the elevator ]

 

 

Ground floor elevator entrance  -

 

 Prajna,Bala,Ishwar & kishore  

 

 [ greet and guide them to the 3rd floor] ]

 

3rd floor elevator entrance -

 

 Jyothi,Shoba, Manjunath rao

 

 [ please guide them to the registration counter and help them with their registration ]

 

Registration counter 1 - Ramesh,Balakrishna,Raghavendra

 [ collect the fees, 3 visiting cards and stick their name tag]

Registration counter 2 - Jijy,Prakash M C & Sathyanarayana murthy

 [ collect the fees, 3 visiting cards and stick their name tag]

 

Registration counter 3- Chethan& Nandish

( Only members sign in sheet)


Hall entrance -

 

Vadiraj,Veena & Sampath

 [ Greet them and introduce them to Vishal, Rajesh & Dilip]

 

Inside the hall - Vishal, Rajesh & Dilip

( please introduce them to the director consultant and Mr Murli and guide them to the tea counter) 

 

 Later guide them to their respective seats and inform them about being specific on their introduction ]

 

The rest of the members can introduce themselves , make the visitors feel comfortable and network directly inside the hall.

I SINCERELY REQUEST THE MEMBERS NOT TO SOCIALIZE FORMING GROUPS AMONG THEMSELVES .

PLEASE GET TO KNOW THE VISITOR ,NETWORK AND INVOLVE HIM IN THE CONVERSATION.

PLEASE DO NOT NETWORK AT THE HALL ENTRANCE .

  All the members are requested to be at the venue for chapter meeting on or before 7.00A.M and get registered . All the members, are requested to be in their best attire, wear their Lapel Pin and Name badge, without fail.
