Dear Samraats,


We have our Mega Visitor Day coming up on FEBRUARY 23rd. I request the members to start preparing the invitations. Minimum 15 invitations from the old members and minimum 25 invitations from the new members are compulsory. The members should bring their INVITES and submit in the next meeting on 9th FEBRUARY. The members are requested not to courier their Invites themselves.

The soft copy of the INVITATION LETTER is attached here. You are requested to change the 
fields marked in red -- Name of the invitee, Address, Profession of the Invitee, Your phone no., your name and your co. name. Please sign at the end of the letter. The main content of the letter should not be changed.

Please update the fields marked in red for all the Invites in the system and then take a printout. Please do not write anything in ink apart from your signature.

I seek the cooperation and the best efforts of all the members. Let’s have a rocking Mega Visitor Day.

In case of any doubt, please contact  LT or any member of the Membership Committee.

The Mega Visitor Day will be at Hotel QUORUM.
