The GoGo and GoBo structure is: 

Come when you can. Leave when you have to. No fees. No dues. No attendance policy. It's an open network. Very, very informal. You can pass business to each other. But, it's not required. It's been a great resource for folks looking to hire and for folks looking for work. It's been a phenomenal resource for those new to the area (which we all know can be a bit daunting). It's also been a wonderful way to get better connected with our respective communities.
