A fond farewell

Folks,

As you may have guessed based on the subject line of this email, I have decided to leave BNI of Athens. This wasn't an easy decision to make because I adore each and every one of you. But, business is business, as they say.

The number of referrals and amount of closed business I've received over the last 21 months don't justify my continuing in the group. But, the relationships I've built and the friends I've made definitely made those 21 months worthwhile.

I'm adding a non-coaching set of services to my group later this year. It will take some time for me to work out the details and get those things kicked off. But, I suspect those services will lend themselves better to the BNI model than coaching did. If I'm right, I'll be back in BNI at some point in the future. :-)

I will miss seeing you all each week. But, you know I'll be thinking of you and will continue sending referrals as if I were still a member.
