Making Work Pay provision of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act

With the April 1^st deadline to notify employee of the Making Work Pay provision of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, how will/did you notify your employees of this change?

 

For those who don’t know, it’s a change in the income tax withholding.
