Dear All,

 

I did not see any great feedback yet. Neither on arrangements side nor registrations. If we go with this pace, we will be in no mans land on Alumni Meet day.

 

We have below tasks pending

 

1. Finalizing the venue.

2. Reaching people who are interested

3. Getting in touch with college, inviting them for alumni meet

4. Sorting out if we can still give some momento

5. Finalizing the event, taking responsibility for the each event like inaugural, games etc

and many more....

 

We need think tanks with special task force.

Please take my confrimation and I already got confirmation about 10-12 guys though i m not authorise to get it so i forwarded abhijeet mail to them.

please finalize venue ASAP.

Many of our college Ex lecturer are now in Pune at big position

 

Wadegoankar sir, Khod sir, Jumle sir, Gandhewar sir all these are from mechanical Dept we can call them also.

 

And we don't have any contact in hadapsar and Chinchwad

Dear Amey,

I can understand your eagerness but we need confirmation from people for finalizing venue. Thats why i requested all Alumni's to send confirmation ASAP.  We also have good response for it. I think you should focus on registration as well as collection as this will help us to finalize all below mentioned things.

I am supposed to get cofirmation of 50 pusad guys according to your conversation.

I will appreciate if you focus on that.

Hi Guys,

From day one my expectation for this event is in the range of X-Y alumni. i don't want to discuss figure here.

I guess...lets go for the venue, taking into consideration this figure.

Abhijeet/Amey...Lets meet in the evening...and discuss personally. Personal discussion with 7-8 people on this is very necessary....at this movement.

You both know the better situation than me....so if any urgent help required from my side....let me know....
