Online auction and sales sites such as eBay, Amazon, Taobao and Ruten are PROHIBITED avenues of sale for UnFranchise Owners. The contracts of UnFranchise Owners violating this policy will be terminated.
Market America is aware of the unethical activities of certain Distributors who harm your operations by posting the Company’s product at these sites and at pricing below retail. The Office of Global Field Compliance monitors these sites daily and has successfully identified and terminated distributorships of violators. We will continue in the commitment to protect your business operations. While we cannot stop all sales, the Company has assigned significant resources to reduce the problem. This includes sophisticated technology and investigative tools. What you see at these sites is not always an accurate showing of what actually sells there. Buyers can be very smart and often do not want to risk purchase without warranty of product and at the risk of tampered goods.
