We turn towards 'IT', this eleventh year,
For a decade now, we've continued to engineer.
Come and be a part of 2011 "IMPETUS",
A one word portrayal of the magnum opus! "
IMPETUS'11 is IEEE UVCE's Eleventh Annual National Level Technical Fest. Impetus has seen ten successful years. This IMPETUS, we would be focusing at assessing the impact of IT in Bangalore and India in general. Here we would looking at several facets of IT that includes research, entrepreneurship besides employment.
We believe that engineers can be the change we wish to see
and who can be better at that than we at IEEE!
We are organizing a Bangalore Section "summIT" to uphold the theme of IMPETUS 2011 to assess this impact of IT. A half a day event with brainstorming sessions on several aspects of IT. This would also include a "Student Parliament" that would have the students battling out.

RULES:
FIVE student delegates representing their respective colleges are invited to attend the summ'IT'. Please register 5 students for delegates from your institution and mail it to uvce...@gmail.com. Poster related to the summ'IT' is attached.
Tactical Tech,an international NGO will be giving a talk on Digital Security.
The topic of panel discussion,motions of the student parliament will be intimated to you at the earliest.
