"Baltimore Grassroots Media, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation
supporting public access. We provide training in videophotography and
news gathering for neighborhood communities. We provide a program of
satellite news to the Baltimore community via the local public access
channel. We would very much like to provide that service to
individuals via the internet in addition to facilitating neighborhood
communications."
