Hi Nancy,

I was just notified by my Calendar that we have a meeting tonight, but I won’t be able to host because I’m in North Africa and the meeting would start at 1:00 am Friday, so I will need you to host tonight’s meeting. You should be able to get the contacts from last months invitation. Please respond wether youre able to accommodate the group.
