Thank you very much for the confirmation. We will be around 28 participants
altogether including Mr. Werner Christen (visiting Professor). We shall
follow all your safety rules there but would also like to request to see 1-2
un-occupied rooms for our visiting professor to let our participants do
their practical test (educational purpose only). We hope we are not
demanding too much from you la.

We expect to be there by 10:00 am in the morning of Friday, 13th July 2012.

Unfortunately, we could not find a lecturer for Property Maintenance for the
last week of February. Therefore, we had to postpone the topic to course 4 ,
July 9 - 13th 2012. Would it possible to come with our Trainees to Amankora
Paro (or Thimphu) on Friday, July 13th for site inspection? It is probably a
bit early to fix a date, any other day of the week (besides Monday) would be
possible as well.

Thank you once more for you kind invitation for 27 February in Thimphu lodge
and for 28 February in Paro lodge. As mentioned before, we will
unfortunately have to postpone these visits to July.

I have got in touch with our Chief Engineer and checked if he was free to
conduct classes for Middle Management Program as requested. However,
unfortunately our Chief Engineer seem to be occupied as he is always
travelling between our five lodges. However, he has kindly agreed to make
time and accompany the Trainees on 27 February in Thimphu lodge for site
inspection and general briefing on our Engineering and maintenance aspects
of the lodge. And same in Paro lodge on 28 February.

As you were informed through the mail of Mr. Bradlie Goian, we are looking
for an instructor for property maintenance at the Bhutan Middle Management
Hotel Programme which is taking place at RITH Thimphu at the moment. The
topic «property maintenance» will be taught after February 20 which is week
8 of course No 3 (see Course overview attached). Because there are 3
holidays during this week, we will have to compensate the time lost on
Saturday February 25th, Monday February 27th and Tuesday February 28.

5 Course days:
Monday, February 20
Friday, February 24
Saturday February 25th (if possible: Field attachment to Amankora Paro to
see Maintenance Workshop) Monday February 27th Tuesday February 28.

Regarding the curriculum, please find attached the document which shows the
programm of batch 1 of the course. We had a lecturer from abroad. This time
we are hoping to find somebody from Bhutan. I would like to apoplogize that
our request is coming rather late but it is not so easy to find a suitable
person regarding the topic and the time.
