I'm interested, what else is needed to confirm? Is the group undergrads, grad students, or both?

Dear Mr. Mohit Patel,

Hello again!

We have not yet heard back from you with regard to your interest in our event this February. We would like to remind you about this opportunity to connect directly with undergraduates from Washington University in St. Louis who are pursuing careers in health and the biomedical sciences.

Groups of students will dine with your company's representatives during three twenty minute segments. At the end of each segment, students will rotate to another table, allowing the next set of interested students to engage your representatives. There will be at most seven students per table.
After these are complete, you may opt to hold an information session in classroom nearby.

We believe that this structure allows you to interact with multiple students without sacrificing meaningful face-time and dialogue with them.

There is a charge of $200 per representative that you send. This covers parking, catering, subsidizing student registration, and the many other expenses involved. There will also be an option to host a private information session after the dinner for $75.

We are looking forward to your response.

The Biomedical Engineering Society
Washington University in St. Louis
