Hello!

My name is Caden Vitti, and I am an Admissions Director for Out for Undergrad's Engineering & Sciences Conference in 2026. Out for Undergrad is a premier organization that hosts transformative conferences for undergraduate students, inspiring them to pursue bold and ambitious careers.

Best of all, these conferences are entirely FREE for students to attend. Travel, room and board, and meals are all covered by our generous sponsors and community donations.

I am reaching out to ask for your help in sharing the opportunity to apply for our Business and/or Engineering & Sciences Conferences with your student networks. For over 20 years, O4U has been committed to empowering high-achieving LGBTQ2+ undergraduates, helping them unlock their full potential.

Attending on O4U conference gives students the chance to:

Connect with leading companies offering internships and full-time opportunities
Gain mentorship from professionals in their chosen field
Network with other ambitious students from across the country
Develop skills and confidence to thrive in their careers

We are offering two rounds for students to submit their applications. Submitting an application in either round is completely dependent on students' schedules and will not impact admission opportunity.

Round 1 is LIVE and is due Friday, March 20 at 11:59 PM PST.
Round 2 will be due Sunday, April 12 at 11:59 PM PST.

Students interested in computer science, machine learning, AI, engineering, applied sciences, innovation and research across the sciences should apply for O4U Engineering & Sciences in St. Paul, Minnesota on September 17-20, 2026.

Students interested in consulting, finance, accounting, private equity, banking, fintech, and business-facing AI and data analytics should apply for O4U Business in New York City, New York on October 8-10, 2026.
