Ida,

The meeting tonight is very important, as people will be figuring out how much they will be getting subsidized for the trip, planning out costs, and  booking flights, hotels, etc.

As our subsidy arrangement is based on how many people attend, so unless you have outstanding circumstances preventing you from being present, we would prefer that everyone we consider for subsidy attend the meeting.

Please let us know if you have any more questions or concerns.

Best Regards,
BMES Exec

Hey guys!

Just thought I'd reach out and make sure everyone is still interested in the conference.  BMES said they would subsidize $450 each, correct? If so, I think we should book plane tickets ASAP. You all have my number (in my signature), so please text me and I'll set up a group chat. Steps from here are:

1. Make sure everyone can get out of school for thurs/fri and is committed to coming

2. Buy plane tickets/make sure there's a time that works for everyone

3. Figure out how to get from Cleveland to Akron

3. Book hotel reservation for thurs night ( make sure able to check in if under 21)

Sorry, just found out I wouldn't be able to make it this weekend. My fault if this caused any inconvenience!
