Hello!   My name is Anne Lam, and I’m currently an O4U volunteer and I was also a student attendee in the past (O4U Engineering ‘20 + ‘21). Out for Undergrad is a premier organization that hosts transformative conferences for high-achieving undergraduate students, inspiring them to pursue bold and ambitious careers. Best of all, these conferences are entirely FREE for students. Travel, room and board, and meals are all covered by our generous sponsors and community donations.   I’m reaching out to ask for your help in promoting this life-changing experience. For over 20 years, O4U has been committed to empowering high-achieving LGBTQ2+* undergraduates, helping them unlock their full potential.   Attending an O4U conference gives students the chance to: Connect with leading companies offering internships and full-time opportunities Gain mentorship from professionals in their chosen field Network with other ambitious students from across the country Develop skills and confidence to thrive in their careers   We offer professional development and guidance in securing jobs or internships. This Fall, we will be hosting conferences focusing on Engineering, Life Sciences, and Digital.   Personally, my journey with O4U was incredibly impactful. It was at the O4U Engineering conference that I secured my internship, and now, after graduation, I’m proud to be working full-time at that same company! The mentorship I received helped me refine my interview skills and gain the confidence to navigate my career. The skills I learned during the conference have been invaluable.
