Hello,
I am very confused on what is due and when:
Is the STL file due on monday for the three point bend?
Is it okay if we use the images from kothas lecture for the image
analysis?
Do we need to have the stretching bandage build with our modifications
to the design in this video?

Just a video or a photo. Show your original and deformed image. Show your image analysis/strain map or grid. If you innovated any code or anything thing else, make that clear so you will get credit.

you only have to do image correlation on one of the projects.
