Question 3b has two possible answers to it, but we are only allowed to
submit 1 answer. The program is only giving me half credit when I
submit my answer to this particular question, even though my answer is
100% correct.
Please take a look at this.

Yeah, it does. and also, question 6 never said you couldn't round. A lot of people who got 17.9GPa rounded to 18 GPa

You will get full credit for both. I will update the assignment to
reflect that.
The idea was that if you take the average the value would be 17.89 GPa
while if you plotted the curve the value of the slope would be 18 GPa.
Both are right and you shall get credit for them
