Job Role

Functions and Responsibilities:

* Generate sales opportunities Training program' by identifying appropriate targets using innovative methods, execute a strategic sales process, and manage the prospect to close
* Develop and build new segment - Engineering Colleges/Universities
* Develop relationships for placement tie-ups
* Handle PR for the VinTrain Brand
*Effective Presentations to clearly communicate the Value Proposition to the Target Segment
* Ability to generate steady flow of leads & translate them into successful enrollments
* Relationship management to maintain the existing customers & generate future potentials
* Training Program Scheduling and Coordination

Skills required:

* Good communication skills
* Computer literacy
* Internet literacy
* Must be a good team player
