MICAD ANNOUNCEMENT 10-24-2008
The mission of the MICAD program is to foster research and development in molecular imaging by providing free accessible online scientific information on in vivo molecular imaging and contrast agents to the community working in the field.

Eleven new agents have been added to the Molecular Imaging and Contrast Agent Database (MICAD):
PET agents:
1) [18F]FEPPA, Target: Peripheral-type benzodiazepine receptor.
2) [18F]FE@CIT, Target: Dopamine transporter.
3) [18F]SKI-249380, Target: Tyrosine kinases.
4) [11C]KW-6002, Target: Adenosine A2A receptor.
SPECT agents:
5) [111In]-DOTA-T84.66 scFv-HSA, Target: Carcinoembryonic antigen.
MRI agents:
6) PFPE-BTCs, Target: Inflamed tissue.
7) IPL-NP, Target: Hepsin.
8) TCL-SPION-Apt(Dox), Target: Prostate-specific membrane antigen.
9) CLIO-NPR-V7, Target: H-2Kd-restricted β cell-specific T cell receptor.
Optical agents:
10) QD-Apt(Dox), Target: Prostate-specific membrane antigen.
11) IR-2, Target: Lysosomes.
All 546 agents are available in the MICAD database.
