Thanks Ameet for the recent work on the production side, it helped me save some time trying to trim almost a complete page of content and still keep the main points.  I moved part of major processes to the appendix (bottlenecks), and cleaned up the rest of the document.

 

If you have a chance please take a quick read through.  I would however ask that you just send me feedback/corrections via email to avoid any last minute formatting or versioning issues.

 

I created a final distribution folder withiin the final folder that has the latest and it is also attached to this email.

 

Please send me comments by 2 pm, so I can get them incorporated, however I think the document looks goodas it stands!
