Hope you are enjoying your weekend.
Last class we could not discuss the case 'SureCut
Shears, Inc.' due to time constraint and focus on concepts. We postponed it to next class. Now I request you that if any one of you can come forward to analyze the case and present the main theme and issue for 5 to 10 minutes will be highly appreciated and will be given maximum weightage in final CP. Due to time constraint, to give some background about the case I am doing this I hope you understand or otherwise you have to come prepared SureCut along with 'Customer Profitabiity and Customer Relationship...." Let me know the person who is doing by morning.
