Sir/Madam,

University has received many late exam form request from different institutes And students. So, In the interest of student's future, the following is granted by GTU higher authority.

(1) Exam form gunning is open on institute admin panel on date 24-04-2018 only for SEMESTER of phase 1 examinations ONLY.

-BE Semester 6 and 8 Regular
-BE Semester 5 to 8 Remedial
-PDDC Semester 4,6,8 Regular
-PDDC Semester 4 to 8 Remedial
(2) This is the last phase of Rs. 500/- penalty to student/institute (whichever applicable).

(3) Institute has to gun the remaining or late requested exam forms in this phase only. After that, no new phase will be opened. Kindly note this.
