Dear students,

Kindly see below given list and do as instructed below.

Internal Component -

Merit Based Progression will be applicable for internal marks as per the guidelines from GTU.

VIVA EXAM (External) - As per guidelines by GTU

The VIVA exam is scheduled on 11.07.2020 between 09:30AM to 10:30AM  on Google Meet (link given below). Students are informed present along with their Design Engineering Canvas prepared for DE 1A component as per the course requirement set by GTU.

Students are informed to remain present before 10 mins of commencement of exam time.

If any student will not be able to remain present till 9:45 am, he/she will be considered as absent. 

Students are instructed to keep their video and audio enabled when the examiner asks questions to them.

In any case, when video and/or audio is not working satisfactorily, those students will be considered as absent during VIVA.

The VIVA examination may be recorded, which shall be considered as proof of exam conductance.
