as much as i'm totally fascinated by wikipedia, and regardless of the
fact that i have frequently experience the wikipedia high:
http://groups.google.com/group/megablog/msg/b3311916d26a8ea8
still, the fact is, i've only made one contribution to a wikipedia
article, ever.
why?
well, for one thing, i'm far to busy with all of my other tangents.
understatement alert.
but the main reason is that i forgot my wikipedia password.
i suppose i could initiate a forgot-my-password refresh thinger, but i
just haven't bothered.
or i could easily open up another wikipedia account.
anyway, my wikipedia contribution was so trivial that it's not even
worth mentioning really.
i merely pointed out a song which was tangentially related to the main
article.
someday, i hope to write a lot more for wikipedia.
(as soon as they start offering some sort of payment [*], that is).
[*] besides just being able to use it for free, i mean.
...
anyway, here is my favorite wikipedia entry of all time:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fact
and it always will be my favorite wikipedia entry.
i guess i'm just a huge fan of irony.
and paradox.
...
Sincerely,
Mr. B$ Blurbees

and i just now thought of a song related to my favorite wikipedia
article of all time.
if i get up the gumption, i'll try to find the time to add it to the
wikipedia article about facts.
until then, and after, i'll just continue to marvel at the whole
wikipedia phenomenon.
