Remove Tool is Not Working

The remove tool is not working again. Every time I want to remove or from a description or anywhere else, it does not work. Please fix this. Thank you.

Hi Lenore,

The tool has not changed. So my guess is how you are using it. 

When copying and pasting, do it within the editor and not from the Etsy page either directly or indirectly as Etsy has many "hidden" characters in the description.

The other possibility is that there is some other difference that is no matching what you are trying to find to do an action on. We use an exact match. So any variations will not match and the desired action won't be performed.

I just used the "remove tool" yesterday on all of our listings. I copied and pasted from within the editor as I always have and everything worked fine as expected.
