Betsi is not working. When I edit my descriptions, I can't without having to restart the program. It's frustrating. Some comments in the threads suggested to uninstall and reinstall the software. When I went to the Bluegrin.com website, a picture of a puzzle appeared, Silverlight needs your permission to run. I opened Silverlight on my laptop and is not working when I click the OK button. All I get is the same thing. Please help. Thank you.

Words that I choose to remove will not remove in my descriptions.
