Reminder About Contact Information for 2015/16 Reunion Concert

Hi All,

I heard word that some people are not able to access the sheet, and I still have not found a reason why that is happening, but I will keep investigating. Many members have already updated, so please spread the word! If you know someone's information, or are in contact with them, share the spreadsheet, or put their current information in (with their permission of course).

I have provided the original post for reference below. We do hope to be able to put on a great event, so please share and spread the word.

I've never posted anything in the group, but my name is Vanessa Douglas, and I am a Blues alum who graduated in 2012. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Oxford Blues, and some of us thought it would be a great idea to have a reunion concert. We wanted to get started on organizing an event now, so I am reaching out to start collecting contact information from past Blues. 

Below is a link with an excel sheet listing alumni up to 2010. Please only refer to SHEET 2, and if you see your name, please make sure that the contact information is correct, then bold your name (so we know it is correct). If it is not, we'd really appreciate any updates so we can keep everyone in the loop (update the info, then bold). If you do not see your name, please add it to the list, and include your current contact information (any one you feel comfortable providing, then bold so we know it is updated). If you see anyone you were in the group with who is not listed, please share the document with them, or just included their information if you knew they would be comfortable with that.

We would really love to put on a concert/event, and just be able to communicate with alums in general. I will also be sending this e-mail to the address we have, so if you get this message twice, it's not spam. 

Anyway, we look forward to being in contact with everyone, and hopefully we can plan an amazing reunion concert.
