Want to take webpage height to 200% or twice than the normal page height

Hello gusy, i m new to CSS and webdevelopement, i m going to start a webpage which height will be twice than the normal webpage, i want to know how should i take the height of 200% of a webpage??? Should i declare the body or html height to 200%  or have to declare the main container div height to 200%. what is the best  way to take body height, should body height be in percentage or pixels??????
