How much compatible BluePrint CSS is for HTML5 and CSS3?

as much as you like it to be. header, article, footer, shadows, round
borders, etc. if you know how to use this stuff, blueprint will work
for you.

BluePrint is based on CSS2 and 2.1 specifications, which are compatible with CSS3.

The relevant issue here is when will the reset.css file include default styles for new HTML5 elements such as <section>, <article>, <aside>, <header>, <footer>, etc...

Right now most designers I know are using html5 boilerplate's reset.css, instead of blueprint's one.
