Menus and ad spaces on site

Hey all,

I created my site - www.coloradoprivateconcierge.com with blueprint and it's been a mixed bag.

I need a better drop down menu structure that's pretty much plug and play and I need to be able to add partner banners on the top, right side, and bottom.

The site's changing to an information/news format due to me promoting partnerships, news updates, twitter feeds, etc. Almost like a gilt group site or . . . definitely more content.

Any thoughts on whether I can tweak what I have or should I got with a hand coded site or a Wordpress?
