Blueprint 3.1 and AWS CloudFormation

Hi blueprinters,

Blueprint 3.1 is out with the usual slew of bug fixes and
enhancements, only this time we're also able to announce tighter
integration with AWS CloudFormation.

The DevStructure blog has more details but the basic idea is that a
blueprint can now be nested within a CloudFormation template for the
new Amazon Linux AMI.
