Meanwhile, the Max pushes boundaries with an astonishing 614GB/s bandwidth and up to 128GB of memory, ideal for engineers and VFX artists who simply cannot afford system bottlenecks.
Doubled Storage Speeds and CapacitiesData transfer is faster than ever. The new internal solid-state drives deliver double the performance of the previous generation, reaching read speeds of up to 14.5GB/s. Apple has also eliminated lower-tier storage options, outfitting the Pro models with a 1TB baseline SSD, and the Max models with a massive 2TB baseline SSD.
Exceptional Displays and AudioThe machines feature the stunning Liquid Retina XDR display, hitting 1600 nits of peak HDR brightness. To complement the visuals, Apple includes a six-speaker spatial audio system, studio-quality microphones, and a new 12MP Center Stage camera equipped with Desk View for professional presentations.
