Hi Daniel,
I have recently, uninstalled BLueGriffon 1.7.2 from my Linux Mint
machine and installed, v2.1.1 using the file:
http://bluegriffon.org/freshmeat/2.1.1/bluegriffon-2.1.1.Ubuntu16.04-x86_64.tar.bz2
It appears to run ok, apart from a 15 second delay between clicking the
executable file and the BlueGriffon window appearing.
When I enter the License key and transaction ID the window closes
immediately and I have to wait another 15 seconds before it re-appears -
only to find that I still have a live "Activate" button, greyed out
"Deactiveate current license" and no add-ons.
Have you any theories why that might happen or things I might try to
rectify the problem? (My reply sent on 5 July to the licence details
email seems to have gone into a black hole.)
