Newbie - Problem with in text columns

Hi,
I have been using BG for several weeks now, and I am soon to be
finished with my website. Unfortunately, when I now open my files,
when I put my mouse over the text of my web pages they turn into
double columns. I know how to change it but it does not work. what is
even more strange is that this was applied to all my webpages when I
only made a change to one of them?! Any idea on how to revert
everything back to normal i.e. all my pages with no column.
