Unable to activate license and add-ons.

Hi there

First of all I am very pleased to work with the new light theme. Thanks Daniel.

Newertheless, Im am still frustrated without the add-ons I was used to work with.
The activation process with ID and Key codes provided is not working (Windows 10 - 64bits OS). No action, no error message, nothing happens on entering the codes and pressing the "activation button" !

Is that a common problem for other users ?

No. We have litterally thousands of licenses activated since 2.0
launch.

Got a similar problem. Robert, did you get the mail from sendowl.com? It somehow did not come through to me, I believe after thoroughly search my email accounts.

Hello Dominik

My problem and solution are trivial and it is not a common problem working with BG eyes wide closed !

Activation worked fine once I entered Transaction ID and Activation Key, as indicated in the manual and on the web page,
But in the activation window they ask for : Activation Key first line, and Activation Key second entry line. (reverse order)

I just had to open my eyes and enter things at the rght place ! 
Had no special mail from sendowl.com .
The implemented add-ons and extended features work now. (Version 2.1.1 build Maelbeek on Win10 64bits)

Problem has been solved by Daniel sending me the missing data and yes, I had to watch the order, too, got it right, though.
