There is no command or menu to insert dropdown menus. You need to
insert the appropriate code yourself, probably best achieved by
specifying a list for the menu options and then styling the option
items as required.
There are some excellent code samples available at:

but its certainly best to have some understanding of the principles of
CSS to make best use of that site. (Come to that, you normally need a
good understanding of CSS to understand how to use and customise a
downloaded template.)
If you don't want to "hand code" your menus, then you can also google
for something like "drop down menu maker css" to find sites that offer
code generators for you to plug into your template.
