EPUB Editor - How to rename File and Directory Names

Hi, I'm new to BlueGriffon EPub Editor.

Can anyone help? I want to change a file name of a .xhtml or .html file. Or change a directory name, how do I do that?

Also, is there a ePub validation feature?

I would like an answer to this as well.

I want to use the fragment identifier to produce readable citations by not having "xhtml" file endings.

How does BlueGriffon work? I purchased it, still have not used it but cannot get answers to my questions? What can I do?
