BG freezes

Hi there,

as of today, BG stops reacting to any mouse or keyboard action. Still something happening in process manager, but I have to kill the process and restart BG. Cannot close the window. 

Example:

1. clic on image

2. - insert - image  (to replace the image)

<-- BG window frozen

3. alt f4

4. BG reacting again, but no choose-image-dialog

So i cannot do what I want, have to resort to source code editing.

Interestingly, a couple of days ago, nothing like this happened, I was able to replace an image easily.
