French quotation marks by default ?

Hello

I'd like to replace english quotation marks "..." by the french style « ... » automaticly in BG.

The only way I have, for now, is to enter the Alt+code values (174=« and 175=» on Windows OS)

Is it possible to configure BG to use the french quotation marks style as default ?
