They can. Use the Panels menu.

must be doing something wrong somewhere.... I can OPEN the panels (as small windows), but I can't dock them into the side panel. There is the "Panel" menu item, but it doesn't do anything :-(

EDIT: that's the "deck" menu item... it doesn't do anything... in fact, BG doesn't seem to know if the panel is open. I can open multiple CSS editor instances...

ok... so, I can dock the DOM explorer, the style editor, and the script panel, but NOT the stylesheet editor. THAT is the one I use the most... :-(
I just downloaded 1.7RC1 and it's the same. BlueGriffon doesn't acknowledge that the stylesheet editor is open (I can open several of them)...

well... I still can't add the stylesheet panel to the side dock - neither in KDE nor Gnome... the other panels can be docked though... :-(
