cannot start BG v 3.1 in W10 via - win - "bluegriffon"

Hello there,

when i install BGv3.1 and click "start programm now", it works.

when i open BG via - html-file - context menu - open with - bluegriffon, it works.

when i close BG and try to start it via - win - "bluegriffon" nothing happens.

= not a big issue, more an annoyance.
