Error when using BlueCove

I'm using BlueCove 2.1.0. I'm using Netbeans IDE 8 for developing the code. I'm trying to send a string from Windows 10 PC to a Android phone. However,, I'm getting an error ("java.io.IOException: Session not connected".

How can I resolve this error and successfully send a string from Windows 10 PC to a Android phone?
