is there any plan to update the BlueCove libraries to work with the BluZ v5.x interface?

I'm also interested in this. GNOME 3.10 is now using BlueZ 5.x and distros like Arch Linux and Fedora 20 already use the newer version. So soon, Ubuntu and other major distros may also start using it, thus making Bluecove unusable on those system without removing 5.x and installing 4.x somehow.
