bluecove can work in win7 X64 ?

device Window 7 X64
I use bluecove-2.1.0 version ,but the message show

Native Library intelbth_x64 not available
Native Library bluecove_x64 not available
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Bluetooth failed to initialize. There
is probably a problem with your local Bluetooth stack or API.

Is the bluecove-2.1.0 doen't support X64 for window7 ? Anyone can
hints me,what can i do this
