Anyone know how to reach them other than via the web site?  I can't remember my PW and it won't send me a reset email.  I tried to start a new account but it says my email address is already in use.  I even went so far as to create another email account and set up a new account and it won't send me the verification email.  I'd like access to the various very cool things available such as Paolo's wiring diagrams and such.  Any help would be appreciated.
