Photographer Bob D'Olivo (1927-2021)

Last week I came across an obit in the LA Times for photographer Bob D’Olivo. Bob worked for Petersen Publishing for 45 years and was a photographer for Hot Rod, Motor Trend, Sports Car Graphic and many other publications. He created an organized archive of his photos that eventually became the Petersen Archive. Exploring the Petersen Archives and sharing many of their photos here has given me immense pleasure.

 

Godspeed, Bob. Thank you for preserving history.
