FYI: Outdated dependencies and security vulnerability

Hello guys,

just a FYI: 

I am just reviewing if I can use bluebird for a major client project.

In this review I checked for up-to-dateness in terms of outdated dependencies as well as for possible security vulnerabilities 

For this i used versioneye.com to check the package.json.

There are some outdated dependencies which you probably aware of but also one security vulnerabilities at uglify.js
